Friuli meets Bibione: gourmet dinner at the Duca d'Aosta Restaurant
On Friday 20 March 2026 the Duca d’Aosta Restaurant of the Savoy Beach Hotel hosts ‘Friuli meets Bibione’, an exclusive gastronomic event in Bibione. A four-handed dinner with the collaboration of Chef Alessandro Castelnuovo of the Duca d’Aosta Restaurant and Chef Anna Barbina of AB Osteria Contemporanea, restaurant in Lavariano (UD).
The dinner-event offers a tasting menu at € 100.00 per person (wine tasting included), designed to take guests on a journey between Friuli and Veneto.
It begins with an aperitif with signature finger food, enjoyed at The Regis, 51:
- Cannoli of bean hummus and fermented onion
- Skewer of bacon and ‘nduja caramel
- Falafel of chickling peas and citrus mayonnaise
- Bon bon bon with curry and rosemary
- Roche of chianina with truffle brisé
Afterwards, dinner will be served in the elegant dining room of the Duca d’Aosta Restaurant, embellished with refined Venetian Baroque style, which will be the setting for this exceptional gastronomic experience.
- Mixed root salad, raw, cooked and fermented
- Courtyard crouched pate
- Potato gyoza in tecia, Collina cabbage broth and fermented sauerkraut
- Cardoncello, veal and buckwheat grains
- Hazelnut cream, vegetable ceviche in osmosis
The finale is entrusted to the Osteria’s desserts:
- Bread and bay leaf pudding
- Chickpea water cake, coconut and lemon creamy
- Spice cake and wine pear cream
- To close the evening, La Chocolaterie del Duca, Savoy Beach Hotel’s signature dessert.
